On Sunday, 21st December 2008, in a small gathering of around hundred to hundred and fifty yogis from neighboring areas of Pune, the second birth day of Taarini was celebrated at Pratisthan. Taarini, is one of the youngest and favorite family members of Shri Mataji. She is the great grand daughter of Shri Mataji (granddaughter of Kalpana Didi and daughter of Anupama).

Today (Friday, 12th December,), Datta Jayanti was celebrated in Her holy presence of Shri Mataji to mark the birth day of Shri Adiguru Dattatreya at Pratishthan , Pune. The birth day of Shri Dattatraya was celebrated in form of offering a small puja in the evening at Her holy Feet of Shri Mataji . The Puja offerings were made with various protocols to the Devi.

Shri Mataji arrived at Pune on the evening of 21st Nov 2008 along with Sir C.P and other family members around seven. Sahaja Yogis greeted Her outside a terminal of the airport and immediately after the brief welcome greetings cars left for Pratishthan. Pratishthan was brightly lit up and beautifully decorated with flowers lamps, rangoli and other decorative items.

Today (Thursday, 13th November) in a small gathering of around 50 yogis, Shri Guru Nanka Jayanti was celebrated at the residence of Shri Mataji in Noida. Also the symbolic 'Foundation Stone Slab' meant for the plinth works at the proposed International Health Centre at Greater Noida was vibrated for hosting the next days' inaugural ceremony of that site.

Today (8th Nov) the morning session of the first day of the two day Shri MahaLaxmi Puja Seminar started with the morning meditation. At 1000 hrs (IST) a Session on the Essence of SahajaYoga was conducted. The session was carried forward with practical demonstration on meditation and concluded with a beautiful and powerful meditative session with questions / answers.

Today Diwali was celebrated through out India as the third day in the sequence of five day Diwali festival. This fifteenth day of the moon (starting from the full moon day that was on 14th October-Kojagiri Purnima) is supposed to be the darkest night, when there is no moon.
